I think there has been an improvement in my nail health. There are, in general, health factors that are hormonal and cyclical. Climate changes also affect nail, skin, and hair health. I do think Weem helps me with vitamin intake.

I have always had thick hair and due to thyroid and possibly age (I am 61), my hair started thinning drastically and I was constantly shedding. Into my third bottle, I have noticed such a HUGE difference in my hair. I highly recommend this (and I have) to everyone with these concerns.
